The board of Emkay Global Financial Services will meet on Thursday to consider fund-raising plans, including issue of equity shares via preferential issue/ qualified institutional placement/ ADRs/ GDRs/ FCCBs or a combination thereof.
Shares of Emkay Global will remain in focus, as analysts will eye the quantum, mode and purpose of the fund-raising, besides the issue price. The stock gained 5 per cent on Wednesday to close at ₹161.7.
