Shares of Hathway Cable & Datacom will remain in focus on Tuesday, as the pubic issue of GTPL Hathway opens for subscription. The IPO, which includes a fresh issue of equity shares of up to ₹240 crore and an offer-for-sale of 1.44 crore equity shares, closes on June 23.
Of the 1.44 crore shares, Hathway Cable & Datacom will offload 72 lakh shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹167-170 a share. Analysts will closely monitor the response to the issue.
