Analysts will track the quantum of funds these companies plan to raise, the number of shares to be issued and the price of the QIP issues. The companies will seek approval for the proposed-fund raising plans from their shareholders in the respective ensuing meetings. Shares will react on the bourses according to the pronouncements.
