The stock of Orient Green Power Company will remain in focus on Wednesday on fund-raising plans. The board of Orient Green is meeting to consider an issue of equity shares, debentures and/or other securities to the promoter group or to other external investors on private placement basis. The board will also consider issuance of equity shares to existing shareholders on rights basis. The quantum and the entitlement ratio of the rights issue will be keenly watched.
