Hikal’s board has approved raising of up to ₹125 crore through issue of equity shares via qualified institutional placement and/or issue of warrants/ equity shares/ such other permissible securities on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the board of directors and/or committee of the board. Shares of Hikal slipped 5.3 per cent at ₹126.9 on the BSE.
