IIFL Holdings has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors has decided to infuse ₹150 crore by way of additional equity capital into India Infoline, the broking subsidiary of the company, to meet its business requirements. Shares of IIFL Holdings closed at ₹619.80 on the NSE, a gain of 1.24 per cent, over the previous day’s close.
