JM Financial on Monday informed the exchanges that the company’s credit committee will meet on June 1 to consider a proposed issue of listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures for ₹50 crore on private placement basis. Shares of JM Financial ended down 3.74 per cent at ₹124.95 on the NSE.
