Shares of Kothari Products will remain in focus on Tuesday, as its board is meeting to consider a bonus issue. The board will consider the company’s financial performance for the quarter and half-year ended September 2015.

Last year, the company had rewared its shareholders with bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1. A little over 6,650 small investors own 8.12 per cent stake in the company, which is in the business of real estate, investments and international trade.
