The board of directors of Nava Bharat Ventures will meet on Friday to consider issuing bonus shares. If approved, it could be the maiden bonus issue from the Hyderabad-based company. The diversified organisation with interests in power generation, ferro alloys, mining and agri-business has reported a profit of ₹57.64 crore for the March quarter on revenues of ₹302.20 crore. Currently, a little over 13,000 small investors hold 13.57 per cent stake in the company.
