Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals on Wednesday said it has incorporated Gujarat NCode Solutions Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, on February 28. The company, however, did not divulge any other details about the subsidiary. According to its website, (n)Code Solutions is a licensed certifying authority that issues legally valid digital signature certificates as per the Indian Information Technology Act. It also develops and enables web-based applications to use digital signatures. Shares of GNFC were down 1.74 per cent at ₹265.05 on the NSE.
