Shares of Nucleus Software Exports will remain in focus, as its buyback offer opens for subscription on August 16. The offer closes on August 31. The company plans to buy back up to 33.43 lakh equity shares at ₹350 a share through the tender offer route.
Only those shareholders whose names were present on the company’s books as on June 30, 2017, can participate in the buyback. Promoter groups do not intend to participate in the buyback offer.
