Piramal Enterprises on Tuesday said it plans to raise up to ₹600 crore through non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis. The board will meet on September 15 to consider the issue of secured NCDs, Piramal Enterprises said in a filing to the exchanges. The company said though the issue size is up to ₹200 crore, there is an option to retain over-subscription of ₹400 crore, taking the total issue size to ₹600 crore. Shares of Piramal Enterprises on Tuesday closed at ₹2,751.35, up 2.26 per cent, on the BSE.
