Shares of PNC Infratech hit three-week high on highway project order.
The stock jumped as much as 6 per cent to its highest since February 13.
At 1.35 pm local time, the share were trading up by 2.78 per cent at Rs 103.50 on the BSE. On the NSE, the shares were up 3.13 per cent at Rs 103.70.
The company has won an order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to build a six-lane highway in Karnataka, PNC Infratech had said in an exchange filing on Monday.
According to the company, the project will be executed at a cost of Rs 1,434 crore.
As of Monday's close, the stock was down about 3 per cent this year.
