Skipper Ltd has informed the exchanges that Power Grid Corporation of India has approved its newly-built plant at Guwahati (Parley village), with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum for engineering products for supply of galvanised tower structures/parts. The approval will enable Skipper to actively support the various transmission projects being undertaken by Power Grid Corporation of India in the north-eastern region under the NERPSIP scheme. Shares of Skipper slipped 1.56 per cent at ₹245.80 on the NSE.
