Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks may remain in focus, as the company has received ₹109.79 crore from MAIF Investments India Pte Ltd. The fund house has remitted the amount for acquiring 83.14 lakh shares of ₹10 each in Gujarat Road and Infrastructure Company (GRICL) from the company. This represents 15 per cent of the paid-up equity capital of GRICL. IL&FS Transportation has transferred the equity shares in favour of MAIF.
