Shares ofAccel Frontline will remain in focus, as the offer-for-sale by its promoters will take place on Tuesday. Accel Ltd, a part of the promoter group, plans to sell 87,574 equity shares representing 0.29 per cent of the equity share capital of the company on August 12. Of that, 21,894 shares are reserved for retail investors. While the floor price will be revealed by 5 pm on Tuesday, it has fixed the indicative price at ₹77.32. Promoters currently hold 75.29 per cent stake.
