Shares of Sun Pharma may come under pressure, on a class action suit being filed in the US against it. Some former employees have filed a case against its US arm following shutting down of a manufacturing unit at Detroit in Michigan. While announcing the closure of the plant, Sun Pharma had said that impacted employees will be compensated with more than their regular entitlements under the severance package.
