The board of directors of V-Guard Industries will meet on Thursday to consider a proposal of changing the capital structure of the company. The company has not provided any other details about the proposal. Mithun Chittilappilly, Managing Director, of V-Guard, while announcing Q4 results had said, that the company's focus in FY17 would be on strengthening its nationwide presence, while remaining cautious in a spending environment that is still to pick up.
