Porinju Veliyath, through his portfolio management company Equity Intelligence India Pvt Ltd, on Friday bought 1.88 crore shares of GVK Power & Infrastructure in a bulk deal at an average price of ₹9.61, according to bulk data on the NSE.
The number of shares bought by Equity Intelligence India represents 1.2 per cent of the total outstanding shares of GVK Power & Infrastructure. Shares of GVK Power & Infrastructure will remain in focus in the coming days
