Schroders Investment Management (Singapore) has accumulated more shares of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise. In a post-market hours disclosure, the fund house said it had bought 1.39 lakh shares (0.10 per cent of the paid-up capital) of the hospital major on August 31. Prior to the acquisition, Schroders had held 68.92 lakh shares. Following the latest purchase, its stake-holding increased to 5.054 per cent from 4.954 per cent. Shares of Apollo Hospitals may react positively to the development.
