Shares of KPR Mill has fixed December 29 as ex-date for the proposed buyback offer. The buyback offer is priced at ₹660 a share. KPR Mills plans to buy 14.70 lakh shares on proportionate basis through the tender offer process. The maximum amount required for the buyback is about ₹97 crore and KPR Mills will use its cash reserves for this purpose. Investors who wish to participate in the buyack offer will have to buy the company’s shares by Wednesday.
