Zydus Wellness has informed the exchanges that pursuant to Companies [Management and Administration] Amendment Rules, 2015, the company has fixed August 3 as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the members entitled to vote via electronic means and at the venue of the 23rd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 12:00 noon. The members holding shares as on the cut-off date will be entitled to exercise their voting rights at the AGM. Shares of Zydus Wellness closed at ₹898.40, up 1.34 per cent on the BSE on Monday.
