ICICI Bank, acting through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch, said it has priced an issuance of five-year fixed rate notes for an aggregate principal amount of Japanese Yen 10 billion (about ₹591 crore) under its Tokyo Pro-Bond programme at a coupon rate of 0.678 per cent.
In a stock exchange notice, India’s largest private sector bank by consolidated assets said these notes are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The bank also said that its Committee of Executive Directors, at its meeting held on Friday, approved the proposed borrowing plan — in single/multiple tranches in any currency through public/private placement by way of issuances of, among others, debt instruments — for the remaining period of financial year 2016-17.
