Growth in operating revenue and other income helped ICRA report a standalone net profit of ₹20 crore in the quarter ended March 31, as against ₹16 crore in the year-ago period. For FY17, the credit rating agency clocked a net profit of ₹83 crore (₹61 crore in FY16). The board recommended a dividend of ₹27 per equity share (270 per cent) of face value ₹10 each for FY17 (previous year: ₹25 per equity share).
