Karur Vysya Bank has appointed B Swaminathan as Non-Executive (Part Time) Chairman of the bank.
In an exchange filing on Monday, the bank said that the decision was taken at its board meeting on Monday and is subject to RBI approval.
Currently, Swaminathan is on the bank's board as an independent director.
