20 teams

Of the 20 teams that participated, six were chosen for the final round of the annual quiz competition held in Chennai.

An Infosys team (Vivek Venkatesan and Senthil Kumar PK), with 20 points, emerged runner-ups after a tie-breaker question to beat another team from Infosys.

The corporate quiz, conducted by quiz master Lloyd Saldanha, witnessed good participation from companies and educational institutions, including Infosys (with three teams), Cognizant, IIT-Madras and Caterpillar.

This year, the Business Line Quiz will be conducted in eight cities – Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.
