A five-judge Constitution Bench will start hearing the pleas related to Aadhaar from today. As many as 27 petitions have been filed against the Aadhaar. Besides, the Bench will also hear the matters related to Section 377 of IPC, entry of women to Sabarimala temple and adultery law.
