Easybuy, the apparel value brand of the Landmark group, launched its first store here on Thursday. This is the company’s sixth store in South India.
Rajiv Ranjan, Vice-President and business head, said the value brand was launched last year and it had set up stores at Karimnagar, Khammam, Bhimavaram, Vijayawada and Erode in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
"In the next two years we will set up 50 such stores, mainly in tier-two and tier-three cities in the southern states. We will give priority to AP and Telangana. In every district headquarters, there will be a Easybuy store," he said.
He said the Easybuy range has over 1,000 styles in the price range of Rs 69 to Rs 699. The brand will target the middle-class and the youth. "The brand is for the family as a whole. At this price range it should be possible for a family to buy apparel for Rs 1,500-Rs 2,000," he added.
