Nucleus Premium Properties has announced a new project, ‘Spells’, near KIMS hospital, Anayara, here. Spread over one acre and 32 cents, the project has 35 units of 16 apartments and 19 villas. It has separate swimming pools for adults and kids, a health club, indoor play areas and guest lobby. A snooker table, a multi-purpose hall and home theatre are other attractions. The Kochi-based company has expanded operations to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Naushad NP, Managing Director, and Abdul Nasser, Executive Director, said operations would start in Bengaluru and Kozhikode soon.
