National Housing Bank says married couples where one of the partners is below 60 years can now avail themselves of reverse mortgage loan (RML) facility. June 4 : Senior citizens who have made deposits under the Senior Citizens Savings Scheme will not be subjected to tax deduction at source (TDS) on interest earnings up to Rs 10,000 in a financial year. June 30: Crisil assigns first set of Bank Loan Ratings based on Basel II, the new regulatory framework on capital adequacy for banks.
