Shares of Indostar Capital Finance ended with more than 2 per cent gains over the issue price of Rs 572 in its debut trade today.
The stock listed at Rs 600, up 4.89 per cent from the issue price on BSE. During the day, it rose 5.99 per cent to Rs 606.30. It finally ended at Rs 585.50, up 2.36 per cent.
On the NSE, shares of the company settled at Rs 585, a gain of 2.27 per cent.
The company’s market valuation stood at Rs 5,336.19 crore on BSE.
In terms of equity volume, 26.88 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and over one crore shares changed hands on NSE during the day.
The Rs 1,844-crore initial public offer of non-banking finance company Indostar Capital Finance was subscribed 6.80 times during May 9-11.
Price band for the offer was fixed at Rs 570-572 per share.
