dentsu X India, an integrated media specialist, part of Dentsu Aegis Network, has roped in Roopam Garg as Chief Client Officer (CCO).
Garg brings with him a rich experience of 22 years across multiple markets including India, MENA, China, Vietnam and London. His diverse set of exposure spans FMCG majors (P&G, Coke, Reckitt Benckiser), automobiles (HMSI, Tata Motors), and durables (Samsung).
A press release states that Garg is adept at global best practices. He has tweaked global tools for the Indian market and has also developed strategic media approaches between consumers, brands and their market performance, which were then rolled out and adopted in other global markets.
Garg will report to Divya Karani, CEO, dentsu X India and will be based at Delhi. dentsu X is an integrated agency network combining communication and media planning services, content creation, technology, data and behavioural insights.
