3M India Q2 net dips 4.96%

3M India net profit was down by 4.96 per cent to Rs 11.29 crore on a standalone basis for the second quarter (Q2) this fiscal. However, the company’s total income from operations was up 15.37 per cent to Rs 383.09 crore compared to the same quarter last year. EPS stood at Rs 10.03 compared with Rs 10.55 recorded last year. Segment-wise revenues is as follows: Industrial and transportation business is Rs 187.83 crore (last year Rs 163 crore); healthcare business Rs 56.16 crore (Rs 47.79 crore); safety, security and protection services business Rs 47.66 crore (Rs 54.89 crore); consumer and office business Rs 37.30 crore (Rs 30.92 crore) and display and graphics business Rs 48.34 crore (Rs 34.30 crore).
