Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed the BSE that the company’s board of directors recently accepted the resignation of Craig W. Rigby as Director with effect from April 18.
While accepting his resignation, it approved the appointment of Eric Stuart Mitchell as an additional director.
The company also accepted the resignation of N. Ramanathan as company secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from April 23.
