To mark the 7th anniversary, Kochi-based Asset Homes will launch 7 new projects in seven cities across Kerala at an investment to the tune of ₹450 crore.
V. Sunil Kumar, Managing Director, told reporters here that the company would develop 10 lakh sq ft in 700 units and would be delivered in the set timeframe, as timely delivery is Asset’s USP. The company has launched 50 projects out of which 33 have already been delivered.
In 2013-14, Asset Homes had clocked a sales revenue of ₹250 crore, which is almost double from the previous fiscal. With this sales growth, we are expecting the figure to touch ₹400 crore in the current fiscal, he said.
To cater to the increasing number of NRI customers, he said the company is opening its expanded office facility in Dubai. At present, there are more than 2,500 customers from 25 countries.
Anil Varma, Executive Director, said that there are also plans to set up a finishing school by teaming up with a reputed engineering college. The school is to train civil engineering graduates and diploma holders with soft skills and latest trends in the construction industry to make them readily employable.
The experiment with Kudumbashree Mission to maintain apartments last year had borne fruits as the initiative received worldwide attention. Today, Kudumbashree looks after the maintenance of five luxury apartments of the company in the state, he added.
