Binny to merge liquor business

Binny Limited will consider merging the breweries and distilleries businesses with itself. The company has informed BSE that its board on November 14 will evaluate the merger between Mohan Breweries and Distilleries and its subsidiary Arthos Breweries with Binny Limited. The company will also consider a proposal by Landmark Housing Projects Chennai, with which it has an agreement of sale for 14.16 acres of land, to settle the entire sale consideration.
