Asianet, the leading Malayalam channel, is promising to spice up its popular quiz show offering prize money of Rs 1 crore, by featuring celebrities on the hot seat during this week and the next.
Titled ‘Ningalkum Akaam Kodeeswaran’ (You too can become a billionaire), the programme has actor Suresh Gopi as the anchor. In the hot seat on Thursday will be veteran playback singer K.S. Chitra. The following week, it would be the turn of the actor couple Jayaram and Parvathy.
The special episodes have been slotted for 8 p.m. on both days, a spokesman for Asianet Communications said here.
