DB Realty Ltd has denied that it has any plans to sell its hospitality business.
Responding to a media report that it was “in talks to sell hospitality business to ITC for Rs 1,300 crore”, DB Realty Ltd has denied the news report in a TV channel and said “the same cannot be relied upon”. It said it would keep the stock exchanges informed of any development in compliance with the listing agreement.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 57.80, up by 55 paise.
