The New-Delhi based real estate developer, Era Landmarks, has launched a mixed use development project in Bangalore at a cost of about Rs 1,000 crore.
Mr Sanjay Chawla, Chief Executive Officer, Era Landmarks, told Business Line , that the project — The Arena — would include over 3,000 apartments, and spaces for retail, office, hospitality and education.
“In the first phase, we would develop 626 units in the price range of Rs 25 lakh-40 lakh. And we have already appointed an international architect from Australia, DBI, for this project,” he said.
On the funding for this project, Mr Chawla said that it would be done internally and part debt.
“But it will be mainly through customer advances and internal accruals,” he added.
The project will be located on the NICE corridor, just after Kengeri.
