Eveready Industries Ltd announced a hike in its dry cell battery prices by 3-10 per cent. The new prices will be effective from October. The hikes would be effected through changes in MRP and rationalisation of trade margins. Rise in input and overhead costs has been cited as the reason for the price hikes.
