Franchise India’s 62nd national franchise and retail show, FRO Expo 2013, commenced here on Saturday to showcase a platform for investors and principals to explore business opportunities.
The two-day event has been presented by Franchise India in association with Indian Franchise Association.
After establishing its footprints in major cities across India, Franchise India’s Ahmedabad edition offers a common platform for investors and principals in this region to explore business partnerships and retail expansion Gaurav Marya, Chairman, Franchise India, said.
He said the event aimed at helping aspiring entrepreneurs discover the right business potential to meet their financial goals and business visions. It highlights the fact that franchising may be the way forward with the retail and consumer services sectors being diversified both by consumption demographics and by enthusiastic investors, he added.
Some of the brands participating at the platform include Hughes, TTK Prestige, Reliance Securities, Brewberry, Club Mahindra, Dr. Batra’s, VLCC, and others.
Anurag Biyani, Director, Brewberrys, said his company currently has 55 standalone outlets with 80 outlets in PSKs. It plans to roll out 100 cafes in the next one year.
Franchise India is Asia’s largest integrated franchise solution company since 1999, and has created its own niche as the pioneers of franchise industry.
