Dr Ashok Kumar Mishra has taken charge as its Director (Finance), Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd said.
He was Executive Director (Finance) prior to this. The post fell vacant in February this year.
Dr Mishra, who is a chartered accountant and Ph.D, joined HAL as Deputy General Manager (Finance) in 1994 and has over 30 years of service from a variety of posts, a release said.
He has served as Chief Manager (Finance), Indian Telephone Industries, at Mankapur; and at State enterprises in Bihar and Lucknow. He is also an alumnus of the National Law School, Bangalore.
