Steady growth across sectors and rise in exports has seen Divi's Laboratories Ltd net grow 36 per cent at Rs 175 crore (Rs 129 crore) for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2011, on a consolidated basis. The company's turnover for the quarter stood at Rs 481 crore (Rs 315 crore), a growth of 53 per cent over the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
In the financial year performance released by the Hyderabad-based company, Divi's said the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 an equity share of Rs 3 each for the year.
For the full year, the company earned a consolidated net of Rs 429 crore (Rs 340 crore) over a turnover of Rs 1,318 crore (Rs 964 crore).
Exports constituted 93 per cent of the sales and about 75 per cent of it was to advanced markets in North America and Europe.
