The Bangalore-based modular commercial flooring company, InterfaceFLOR India, launched ‘Colour Play', a customisation package for Indian customers.

InterfaceFLOR India is the 100 per cent subsidiary of InterfaceFLOR.

New package

Colour Play is the next-generation version to the company's Suits-U product range.

“We've had great success with Suits-U and seeing the growing demand for customisation from our customers, we decided to introduce this customisation package, Colour Play, in India”, said Mr Raj Menon, Country Manager - India, InterfaceFLOR.

Suits-U had a singular accent stripe in each carpet tile that could be selected from a predefined colour range according to individual taste.

Features

Colour Play products offer not just one but up to five accent stripes within each tile that can each be chosen from an extended range of colours choices to aptly reflect individual corporate identity, culture or taste, said a press release from the company.

Customers can not only determine the carpet's base colour, and choose between the options of three or five stripes, but they can also decide the colours of each of those stripes.

The first two product styles introduced into the Colour Play initiative are Groove and Jazz.

While Groove is a basic linear product with twisted yarn, Jazz has a more random pattern with differing colours and textures.

Interactive digital kit

The company has also developed an interactive Colour Play Kit with carpet swatches and colour tabs to help the customer create and visualise their customised designs and also an interactive digital kit.
