The Thiruvananthapuram-based Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences, popularly known as KIMS, is opening a multi-speciality hospital in Kochi to provide quality healthcare at affordable cost.
KIMS Hospital and Surgical Centre (KHSC), the 125-bed multi-specialty hospital initiated by KIMS Group at Pathadipalam, Edapally, Kochi, aims to deliver top-class healthcare in line with the Group Philosophy of Quality, Team work, Patient Safety and Transparency. The hospital is strategically located by the side of the main highway and is easily accessible from both NH 47 and NH17.
KHSC will be formally inaugurated by Chief Minister Mr Oomen Chandy on Sunday . KIMS Kochi has full-fledged departments of General Medicine, Cardiology, Critical care, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Urology, Surgery, ENT, Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery, Dentistry, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Paediatrics, Physiotherapy and Nutrition & Dietetics.
