Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd has reported a 12 per cent rise in June quarter net profit at Rs 95.24 lakh against Rs 85 lakh in the corresponding last quarter. Turnover for the quarter grew 18 per cent to Rs 133.42 crore against Rs 113.29 crore in the corresponding last period. Satish Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, said, “the results will certainly improve over the next quarters”. Kamdhenu Ispat scrip ended 0.65 per cent lower at Rs 15 on the BSE on Friday. “The results are not unexpected as the overall industrial output has been moderate in the first quarter,” Agarwal said in a statement.
