Hotel Leelaventure informed Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday that Mr Krishna Deshika, who had joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, has now been appointed as an Additional Director and elevated to the position of Director-Finance & CFO with effect from Monday, subject to Shareholder's approval.
