Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, part of the $12.5-billion Mahindra Group, today launched the Genio DC in the Gujarat market, a double-cabin commercial pick-up . The new product promises dual benefits of being a cargo and passenger mover, said Mr Maruti Mathur, Zonal Head (Sales), Western Zone, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd, after the launch. Genio DC is priced at Rs 5.49 lakh for base version with a payload of 1,100 kg and Rs 5.99 lakh with a payload of 1,070 kg for the high-end version, ex-showroom, Ahmedabad, he said.
