Mahindra & Mahindra has won an order for a fleet of over 630 vehicles from the Government of India.
The vehicles would be gifted to the Nepal government as a support for the upcoming Constitutional Assembly elections. The elections are planned to be held in Nepal on November 19.
These vehicles would be utilised by the Security Forces, Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and as part of the convoy.
“For us, this epitomises one of the important aspects of the Mahindra brand namely, Driving Positive Change, and also demonstrates the confidence of both governments in our products,” said Ruzbeh Irani, Chief Executive (International Operations), Auto & Farm Equipment Sectors at M&M.
