Home grown kids retailer Me n Moms is entering the FMCG segment with kids toiletries range under the Mee Mee brand. The new brand would be pitted against established baby care brands from companies such as J&J, Wipro and even imported brands such as Pigeon in the kids segment. Naresh Khatar, CMD, Me n Moms, said, “The Mee Mee brand is already at Rs 100 crore and we would be extending it to kids’ toiletries. The products would be available through 1,200 multi-brand outlets as well our own stores.” There would be baby care products such as bubble bath, shampoos and nappy rash cream. At present, Me n Moms has 18 retail stores and is present in shop-in-shop formats across retail chains such as Hypercity.
